Friendly staff and super clean place. I love the art work inside. However Living in Southern California near the Mexican border... I?ve had my fair share of street Mexican food. Im talking flaming on the grill meats. I'm used to authentic flavorful meats thatare marinated for a long time until juicy tender. My burrito was very dry and missing that flavor I?m used to. The meat was bitbland for my taste and needs to seasoned a bit more. The salsa and sour cream was in a small container. That?s the the onlything that gave the burrito any flavor. Wow, the crunchy tacos are killer! That shell is freshly fried to perfection, non greasy, and the ground beef is well seasoned... and moist. I had a strawberry margarita as well that was delicious. I'm obsessed with the tacos! Also the soy based protein isa winner according to my vegan daughter. They offer outdoor seating. Please try this place. You will never go back to Tacobell, I promise. These tacos look so small, then you bite into them and realize they... are packed full of fresh and hearty ingredients. $2 taco Tuesday is the best day to go. Try the whole menu! My girlfriend and I got carryout from here when they first opened and it was amazing. Food was all made from scratch and... delicious. However, this time was completely different. The food is ok but not nearly as good as I would have thoughtconsidering the price. The tacos were half the size of any other restaurant. I ordered 3 tacos each with a different kind ofmeat. They gave me two different meats instead of what i asked for. The beans were just generic canned beans, the rice was oldreheated rice, and the chips were stale. Found another hidden treasure in a strip mall today! This place has excellent food and they make it in plain sight which is... always reassuring. Great vibe from everyone working and the portions I received were excellent for the price. I'll be back forsure. Update: I have been back several times now and it seems like this may become a regular thing. My boys finally triedsome tacos and now have a taste for something that isn't a chicken nugget. I've been here twice now and the tacos don't disappoint at all. The food is properly seasoned and is done very well to... traditional Mexican. I would always say go here for proper street tacos instead of going to a lesser chain. The only part thatreally holds it back from a full five stars for me is that the horchata is pre poured into cups and sits in a fridge which let'sthe horchata separate at the bottom. If I could recommend anything here it would be the chicken and pork tacos, they have yet todisappoint and are so full of flavor. Read more
