First of all, let me tell you that I typically never complain and I tip 30-40% no matter what as long as the server has made an... effort to be friendly. I saw online that it looked they had some bomb food, so I wanted to take my Mom there to try it out. Weget there and the bartender, who I found out later was the General Manager, hardly even said hello. She seemed irritated we wereeven in there. She brought us menus and WOW, what a failure of a menu compared to what was shown online. Why can?t they updatethe site!? Ordered our food at 6pm, didn?t get it until 6:40. We were literally the only table in there. Our food finally cameout. Wings were hot and delicious, but my nachos? omg. The cheese wasn?t even melted and the beef on there was ice cold.Literally wasn?t even warm. They must?ve sat there while they waited for the wings. Now, I would have let her know that Iwasn?t happy with them, but she NEVER NOT ONCE, checked back on us. She was standing up at the bar doing shift change orwhatever. Didn?t even look at us once. Chelsey, the other server on, was our saving grace after waiting almost an hour for someservice. She went to let the GM, apparently our server, that I wasn?t happy. She stomped over all annoyed. Asked me why Ididn?t tell her I didn?t like the nachos. Well, maybe because you never came back!!! If you were busy, you could have asked yourcoworker to check on us! We were the only table in there!!!! She told me I should?ve yelled across the restaurant for her!!!!When she said that, I thought I was in the twilight zone. I have manners and class and would never do that. I?m appalled thatshe is the general manager of that place, bc that is not how you run a business. I paid $13 for some cold chips, cheese, andnasty meat. Wings were delicious though, so they have that going for them at least. I was a server for over 15 years. Awesome local sports bar. Average food, but liked the steak tips, also liked the wings here. Waitress and staff are really... friendly. They do have pool table and darts for a $1. Moderately priced. Read more
