Depends on whose working. I've ordered here and received an incomplete /bad order. Unblended chunky smoothies, sides forgotten,... salads made totally wrong with incorrect ingredients. Just disappointed as the foods expensive. Staff are young I try tounderstand but many seem lost/confused at time . Other times food is great and good portions. Just really depends on whoseworkings. So slow! Even when I order online i have to wait 10 mins from when it says it will be ready. She said they were out of tortillas... so she put the wrap in a bowl. I didn?t ask for a salad though? I asked her if she could put it in a flatbread instead and sherolled her eyes and laughed. So unprofessional. Train your workers please. Read more

I am absolutely disturbed! I went to this Tropical Smoothie, at 12pm and didn't leave until 12:34pm! I ordered a quesadilla and... a smoothie, I came inside to get a carry out. It was two girls and a boy, the girl who made the smoothie made my smoothie andput it all the way at the end of the counter, when I asked her for it she looked at me very hateful and smirked and ignored meand walked away. I then asked the other girl, who looked at me and told me one minute and walked away and helped the woman whocame 15 minutes after me and ordered 5 smoothies. The young man kindly handed me my food within ten minutes, while the girlsacted very unprofessional. I can't believe the service, and I was deeply bothered for the rest of my day, as I went to workright after. It almost felt personal! Read more
This is one of the best tropical smoothies I?ve ever been to! They?re very clean on the inside. Most have long waiting lines but... this one is very fast and efficient and there was no wait at all! Jessica took my order she is very pleasant and kind. Over allawesome customer service and the smoothies tasted great! Jessica deserves a raise for sure made my experience 100% better withher polite attitude and kind demeanor. Read more
We travel to a lot of Tropical Smoothies throughout Michigan for work. This location has never been anything less than... wonderful. The staff is friendly, greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond in their work. This will continue to beat the top of our list of favorites. Keep up the good work everyone! Read more
