Service was kinda fast for these people. They weren't rude. But the burger looked like they over cooked the burger by 20 min.... Which is what i would expect from these people. I hope hoping i was wrong. But i couldn't even eat the burger it was so bad.. I wish they had employees like they do in northern Michigan. But lesson learned. Read more
I went to this location today and the food and customer service was absolute trash. I asked for fresh fries with no salt and I... was given hard, cold salty fries. My chicken sandwich was old, hard, and tasted like it has been sitting under the light forhours. I am astonished that they whipped up burgers, fries and some chicken sammies for 20 so quickly!!! The manager even stepped in to... help the employees cover my order and the sudden influx of customers who showed up behind me. I love Wendy's but not this location Yesterday the Manager told me that he saw me come through the drive-thru twice for the... same order which is a lie. I told him to check the cameras for proof after he kept questioning me while looking at me with athreatening look. My burger was cold like it always is at this location. The same manager threatened to fight me a couple monthsback and said "I will be in the back" to me after I asked him why is he looking at me with such a tough look in his eyes. I love Wendy's sandwiches salads foods frostys coffee I have a busy life and wendys is the best fast food. but this particular... location is in major trouble. Most ratchet service I ever seen. I watched as She overfilled the cup and next while the lid wason she flipped it upside down to let some coffee out very sloppy manner then handed it to me with coffee all over the place mypicture was after I cleaned up some if it. will attach photos to their Google listing if what my order looked like the firstand second time.
