DON'T BOTHER.. It used to be good even though it was pricey. But, always has been. Now I ordered the fall feast (LOL) when it... got here it was cold, the salad was just lettuce with a hand full of shredded cheese on top without any other toppings that makea salad and the ravioli was missing. The driver knew she forgot the ravioli and said it was in the pizza box so she could leavewith the money. Called the store and was told the driver was on her way back with ravioli, another lie. Not worth the priceanymore when they send the driver out with more then 1 order without a way to keep pizza hot. I know as I use to manage theuniversity city store in St. Louis years ago and had hot boxes to keep them warm. Read more
Had a friend order chicken tenders and fries when we got the order the chicken was EXTREMELY dark and was very burnt to where... we couldn't eat it, called to the store and complained they told us the chicken was on a timer and said they couldn't doanything for us, my friend ate the chicken and fries then 10 mins later she got very sick after eating it we called to complainagain and they refused to help but going to call the GM first thing in the morning in hopes to get something resolved! It was pricey but everything is now days we got 1 16inch, 1 14 inch 25 hot wings an garlic bread. It was 80$ but I tell u the... service was worth the $80 alone we go to fancy restaurants an don't get service like we did here. Excellent employees an verynice!!!!!! I ordered online for delivery; the driver is wonderful. It's always the same gentleman. He forgot my soda; and stopped at the... gas station and bought me one. He absolutely did not have to do that- but his kind gesture means a lot. Read more
