Zero stars. 3rd time at this establishment as my kids love it for lunch & play place after a fun filled day. Today was the... worst. Quickly changed my order from "here" to "to go" as soon as we walked in. Waited a while for someone at the counter, thenwent to the kiosk to order. Floor was super gross, was slippery and it wasn't even wet. Food all over the tables in play area.On our last visit an employee set our food on a table covered in fries and sauce, used their sanitize wipes to clear the tablemyself as there were not any others clean. The thing that did me in though, was someone taking a sopping wet dripping mop andtrailing it out of the kitchen, the service counter to take an order, and finally trailed it to a wet floor sign in the cornerand that's when they proceed to mop. When they were done they trailed it dripping wet back into the kitchen to the mop bucketand just left the trail of water. Read more
Everything was clean. One employee fixing outside cones for drive thru greeted me. Cashier greeted me and took order. 3 minutes... and I was served and out the door. I love this location. We've eaten here several times and service is top notch, food is hotand amazing. Read more
I ordered on the mobile app, but the drive thru was so busy I went inside. I had a problem with my payment and the manager just... gave me our sodas. We will remember this and return. Fabulous service! Read more
As a man has been coming to this particular location of McDonald's for well over 17 years the service is great, they have... incredible staff sales people working the registers in the Drive-Thru. They make sure to get your order out to you as quick asthey can granted they may be short-staffed but the service is always impeccable. The older lady working the front counter is quite rude. She may be an owner. I asked for an extra jelly and she said there's one... in the bag as she walked away without even looking back at me. There was something in my food. I asked for a manager to possiblyidentify the item. He acknowledged that I was waiting to speak to him but after over 12 minutes it was clear he had nointentions on speaking to me. He just continued filling orders. I will not be back, and I'm sure they won't miss my business. Read more
