I've done carryout several times at this location and have consistently experienced poor service along with often low quality of... food. This last Saturday was the worst though. I would have returned the food, but it's not worth the return drive. We threwmost of it away as it wasn't even edible. That was after being told it would be a 45 minute wait. I get there and at text thespot I'm in and wait over 10 minutes and decide to go in as I've noticed other people doing this too. I go in and I'm told theysaw my text and just swiped passed it. There's my food, you pay over there. No apology or anything. I think this location staysin business due to lack of competition. My recommendation is there lots of other good selections in the area, go check them out. Read more
Went there a few days ago, had the most awful pasta I've ever had in my life, all four of us didn't even eat it. We told the... waiter we didn't like it, he says "okay let me get your bill." Why even ask if someone likes it? Same exact answer once we gotto the front desk with our "bill." asked for the manager and was told they were too busy. What a joke. Called the manager andwas told they'd get back with me and here I am still waiting several days later and not a single phonecall. We use to have Pasta House in our hometown, and when we saw it was open in Farmington we had to go. We love the Garlic Cheese... Bread and the Pasta Con Broccoli. It tasted just as we remembered! Read more
The food was not very good. They have taken away the large salad that used to accompany the bread sticks and now charge $6.00... for a side salad. The cheese cake was good however. And the prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! Oh yea and the restroom was filthy and notissue paper to be found any where. Read more
The food here is always outstanding. The salad is a must have in my opinion. The Chicken Marsala was amazing and the chicken... could be cut with a fork. Pork chops are outstanding, lasagna was great and plentiful. Staff were friendly and attentive. Read more
I ordered a salad and to my surprise, there was very little of anything that actually makes up a pasta house salad. I've heard... of shrinkflation but this is absolutely ridiculous. So I'll be taking my family and my clients elsewhere until the quality ANDquantity returns to this establishment. One star. Read more
