I had issues with the food quality. It's under new ownership now, and the new manager was really amazing at trying to resolve... it. I am actually quite impressed with the way he handled it. Willing to give pizza hut another shot. Actually, after todaywhen I decided to redeem said credit I will not be going back. Not only did they not have the credit on my account, but theyimplied I was a thief and a scammer for trying to redeem promised $35. I will not go back. I just spent $50 at Mario's Italianoinstead! Mark went above and beyond for us and our 5 daughters. We had been turned down somewhere else and our kids were heart broke.... Mark made them so happy and food was great and fast received! Appreciate him and the ladies in the back so much! Read more
The service was good and bad but atleast the pizza made up for the service. Id still come and eat here.
My food was awesome, the delivery driver was polite, and food delivered at the time I specified.
We ordered 4 sets of mixed pastas with bread sticks from their website for our family Christmas get together. The ordering... process was easy, our order was ready right on time, and the food was amazing. The best part was feeding our entire family forsuch a small amount of money. Hardly anyone there and the salad bar was gross. Not stocked. Salad was brown and slimy. No onions no salad no bacon bits and... the tomatoes looked bad. Oh and i just used the bathroom,, yuck. First Lets Start with, Presentation. From 1-5 it was a 2 very dirty built up dirt on window seals, around Tables, on Carpet,... Bathrooms were filled in trash receptacles, Light fixtures were also dirty, and there were only four people in store. Servicewas Poor at Best with Me having to ask at counter for more water, pizzas served on saucer, not from pan nor spatula, mng saidthey don?t serve pans nor spatula because it?s small Pizzas. And no Salad bar or no Salads, Period.
