Awesome customer service! My order didn?t go through properly and the employees did great at explaining what happened, how to... fix it, and made me an awesome drink! The workers were so kind and I loveeee the blended vanilla chai latte! I bet it wouldtaste even better with a shot of espresso so I?ll have to give that I try next time because I will definitely be going back! Read more
Their coffee is good but when you pay $6 for a drink, you?d think they?d actually fill it up, not even close to 3/4 full, both... times we?ve went. Waste of money on my part and very skeet on theirs. Just go to the small, local coffee shops, they?re quality,quantity, and prices are a million times more worth it. Read more
I love Scooters. I was going every morning until I realized how much I was spending. Now it's once a week or so. Always a large... hot mocha and an everything bagel sandwich which is amazing. All the girls are awesome and always playfully give me a hard timefor ordering the same thing every day. They make my morning and start me on my way to work with a smile on my face!!! Read more
Scooters is okay. Not the best but not the worst. I highly recommend signing up for the rewards program. We have so many choices... within a mile or two of Scooters that I personally tend to go elsewhere unless I need to use up a coupon or reward. They weregreat at making a cooler hot chocolate for my toddler. The lattes are okay, I tend to order them with half the amount of syrupbecause they are super sweet. Read more
