On this visit I got a hot pumpkin spice latte. It was perfect. The baristas are always friendly. They have a fun double tip jar... so you can vote on the side you like. This day the question was "who would win in a fight." The answers were Batman or Superman.Of course I voted for Superman because Batman doesn't really have any super powers. The barista and I argued the point. I votethis Starbucks as the most fun drive thru. Read more

For coffee and specialty drinks are great but costs too much ... I make my own at home just as well and a lot cheaper

The folks here are awesome. Polite, friendly, accommodating. They will go the extra mile for you. They also are very good place... for me to chill at with my Service dog. Read more

Long wait time in the drive thru. The customer in front of me just wanted to have a social visit that wasn't even related to the... orders or the restaurant. Waited in line for almost 15 mins or so. Read more

Horrible customer service from the girl at the window with long ponytail. She put our order in wrong & then insisted we would... have to pay again for the correct order..she was told by mgmt to refund us for the second charge but she was very rude slammingthe window while we were talking & rolling eyes. Thank you to mgmt for handling refund though. Read more

It?s always hit or miss with my drinks. I order the same thing every time, every where I go, and never have issues anywhere... else, but this time was different. I went into the store after my drink wasn?t made to according to Starbucks recipe standardsbut also spending nearly $8 to be missing 2 ingredients. So she proceeded to take my drink back behind the counter after I havealready drank out of it and added what was missing and gave it back to me but was also telling me that they?ll get in troublefor adding whipped cream on a non dairy drink, all while fixing the drink that was handed to me through the drive thru window.People do things that won?t make sense to you but it?ll make sense to them because like myself, I only order almond milk becauseI love the flavor that it adds to the coffee, not because it?s non dairy. But that?s why you?re always supposed ask the customerwhile they?re at the drive thru screen, because it?s still part of the drink regardless. I honestly wouldn?t be writing thisreview had I not been approached so aggressively when I walked into the store but then to be condescendingly educated by thebarista on what they?re rules are while taking my drink back behind the counter and adding what was missing. I appreciate mydrink being made right, I just didn?t appreciate the treatment I received when I went in to have it fixed. Read more
