I tried to bring an error to the attention of the staff so they could consider fixing it in the future and the owner was... immediately defensive and unwilling to listen to the concern even though I wasn?t asking for a refund or a redo. If you enjoy cold subs that are supposed to be hot or at least warm when they get home then go here but they do not keep food on... the warmer instead they keep it on the counter close to windows and doors letting it get cold! Then when you ask them to rewarmit the manager has a meltdown on you! Don?t get me wrong, the food is great, just cold and the service is horrible! Read more
I was visiting this establishment on my way up north. Standing in line behind a senior citizen, and veteran and she was... struggling to get a refund on a wrong item she purchased. The guy was SO RUDE! I later found out he's the owner! She asked forassistance, he rudely told her she should have noticed she picked up the wrong kind. And that she was lucky, because he doesn't take time out his day to help people. I was mortified as were the others in the store. Lunch time on a Friday! I lost myappetite for Crowley's. Worst experience ever. Ordered 3 large pizzas and a large Frenchfrie, waited over 2 hours for the delivery and called to see... where my order was, was told it was delivered.... they delivered it to the wrong address. So long story short we got no pizzasand I had to drive to Crowley's the next morning to get my $62 dollars back. And got nothing from them for my troubles. Noteven a free breakfast sandwich. 7 months later and nothing has been fixed. Ordered chicken tender plate with the substitute of onion rings. Which was suppose to... be 1.49 extra. Got charged for both and didn't receive fries. My wife and I order from Crowley's at least once a week, sometimes two or three. The food is really good and the prices are very... reasonable. That being said, they really need to work on correctly filling delivery orders. One or two things have been wrongthe last several times we've ordered. Tonight, they forgot the tomato and pickle for my wife's sub and my chicken sub had somecold chicken in it (not undercooked just cold). They also apparently ignored the delivery instructions that clearly said"Please ring the doorbell" (we usually don't hear a knock). Honestly, these are pretty minor issues but when it's pretty muchevery time it gets kind of annoying. Read more
