NEGATIVE FIVE STARS!! We sat and waited for 10 minutes and no one came to take our drink order then we asked the waitress and... she said "let me enter this order , I'll be right over" and waited another 15 minutes no one ever came to take out order, so wewalked out. There were only 3 tables occupied on the dining area. 3 dudes at the bar . A total of 15 people in the wholerestaurant and they couldn't provide faster service. NO MORE B DUBS for us!! Read more
We arrived around 630pm. Chose to seat ourselves in the bar seating area. After 10mins of waiting for us to be greeted we tried... switching tables in hopes of getting service. Another 10 mins of waiting 1 female server walked by stating she would be back.She didn't return. We then moved to the bar. Immediately as we sat down WCT Bartender Alyssa greeted us and took care of us. Iwould say she was a great bartender. Please forward our appreciation to her for her quick wonderful guest service. This location in Farmington NM is a dumpster fire that should be left to burn and collect the insurance money! Waited 15 minutes... at the door before we were told to seat ourselves in the bar area. 50% of the tables in the restaurant still had chairs flippedupside down on them, I'm guessing they don't want anyone sitting there. The available tables were dirty. After about another 5minutes someone came by and tossed menus on the table. No acknowledgement or drink order taken. Another 5 minutes goes by.......still nothing. Server approaches the table next to us and can't remember anything they were trying to order so one of thepair.... 'the actual customer' whips out a pen and a notepad to write her order out for the incompetent employee. We got up andleft! This was our 3rd bad experience in two months at this location. Previous 2 times the place didn't even have salad, serverdidn't know what "club soda or soda water" is, service was slow, and tables and menus were dirty. We will never come back. Food was not impressive by any means. Service was very slow. I had 2 adults and 2 children in my party. My food came out 15... minutes before the others. I did not feel right eating my meal while my family just watched, so my food was cold by the timethey had food. No apology was given and it was like this was the norm? I don't see us returning to this location. Read more
Maybe it was because I was on my period but it absolutely seemed like every single staff member, male or female, was also... hormonal and peeved (and I despise such jokes as much as any pseudo-feminist). The level of fake was off the charts and while Irealize that the pictures are always better the smoked brisket on the menu looked like a totally different thing. It was a fewshriveled pieces of meat in a bed of cole slaw mix. Read more
No service, waiting, waiting, another family that came in after us got served quick... still waiting, seriously ????. Music... blaring had to talk louder like yelling just to be heard ugh. We left and complained and sorry was all we were told. I have notbeen to a place where you are ignored and was also told on the way out "all" our places music are loud. M like NO THEY ARE NOT???????? I will not go here again and I would check out the reviews before dining here. I felt like I wasted a good 35 minutes.We went to Wingstop that place on point. Read more
Nice place to have dinner with my son. For guys night out we tried the Thai curry sauce traditional wings. They were great!... Solidly on the burn side of spicy, but a great peanut sauce flavor. We had to follow them up with the Caribbean jerk sauce wing.Noticably less burn and sweet. Read more
We have never ate here before. Decided we wanted to try. Thought everything was going good. We were greeted when we came in and... we're sat at a dirty table. We waited well over 20 minutes until I decided not to eat there. Since no one asked what drinks wewanted. Or take our order. Or wasn't even told hey we're short staff the wait will be a moment until your server will come over. Nothing Well done BWW. I don't think I'll ever come back. Read more
