When we arrived, it looked like there was only 2 people working. We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted, then immediately... seated. The one waitress took our full order, including drinks, in about 15 minutes. It took 30 minutes before our drinks werebrought with our salads. The dinner was brought out about 30 minutes after that. They forgot my husband's soup and our extrasides of asparagus. They were out of fry bread dough, so they brought cold dinner roles. The steaks were a mix: filet mignon #1good, filet mignon #2 fair, bone in rib eye #1 super tough, bone in ribeye #2 not bad, NY strip good. The soup, corn & muttonstew, was flavorless and definitely not a stew. My husband didn't eat two bites. The asparagus was undercooked, tough, andwatery. The baked potatoes were the best part of the entire meal. The dinner was way overpriced for the slow service and qualityof the food. I will say that each person who worked there was very nice. Even after a third worker arrived to help, they justdidn't have enough staff to service the number of tables on a Thursday night. I don't think we will go there again, but I dowish them good luck. Waited awhile only to slowly find out most of the food we ordered was out. First no coke, then no dumpling stew then no ribeye... steak. Our first visit was a disappointment. Will not recommend or try again. I don't have time for more disappointment. *sigh!* Read more

Overpriced, underwhelming, overseasoned, that's the best way to describe it. Service was super slow took almost an hour after... ordering for our food. If it wasnt overseasoned the food would have been good. Rarely saw the waitress, and most of the nonmutton food has a mutton taste to it, the fries and burgers. Right now I would not recommend going there, look for a localfoodstand or sale for better prices, service, and food. Read more

Short staffed, but the two servers did a pretty good job of getting orders out. The only reason I gave a 4 was the noisy... A/C-couldn't chat over the table. I had the bone-in ribeye and loved it! Great piece of meat!! Read more

When we got there we waited like 5 minutes to be seated. We waited about 15 mins for a guy to take our order. My son asked for a... coke and the waiter said "Sorry we ran out of soda, we only have Tea and water". So no sodas there, we all ordered iced tea. Then I ordered roast mutton sandwich. Then the waiter said "Sorry we all out of mutton." Like FR!! So I ordered a buffalo burgerwith fry bread. Our wait for our food was 30 mins, which wasn't so bad. My burger meat was so small and the fry bread was big(shown in pic). Maybe because it was ground buffalo meat. My mom had elk burger and same thing small meat. My daughter hadNavajo burger and it was slightly bigger meat. My son loved his Navajo taco. The food was greasy... like clog your artery type.We also had to fight the flies to keep them away. My grandma ordered spam and tortilla and it was a thin slice of spam andtortilla, lol. Her tortilla was tough she was having trouble chewing it. Our waiter never came over to check on us. Just gave usour food and ran off. Restroom too was clogged and gross. Really disappointed in my experience but food was good and friesdelicious. Read more

This place just opened up last week in what used to be a Mexican restaurant. Their startup menu is interesting, with a mix of... beef steaks and mutton dishes.. We tried the Navajo taco; the steamed corn mutton stew; and the dumpling buttons do. All threewere good. I think between the two stews my favorite was the steamed corn mostly because the mutton in it was more of the leanmeat. The Navajo taco was well done and typical of what you find in quality Navajo tacos around the area. One interesting thingto try is the iced Navajo tea or something they call Sun devil tea! The staff were friendly and answered questions about themenu. I believe they are available for dine in and carry out. Read more
