Things have really gone downhill in this establishment. Upon entering the restaurant it smells bad. We consider leaving but... decide it's rotting veggies or something similar. Maybe the drains need to be cleaned. I'm not sure. We've been coming here avery long time and it's usually hit or miss. Unfortunately our last few visits have not been good ones. I'm extremely tired ofgetting nickel and dimed every time we visit. The price is different every time we come in despite ordering the same exactthing. First of all 4.00 drinks? That's just ridiculous in itself but the kids serving apparently don't know how to adequatelymake the food and for their mistakes we're charged extra. All I ask is for green chile and cheese to be on my burrito.Absolutely nothing else! You'd think that would be easily understood but somehow that doesn't register with these people. I askfor them to correct their error and it's like pulling teeth. Eventually they correct the issue but I get charged extra. It comeswith the burrito!!!!! ???? I usually love Costa Vida, but this last visit was so unpleasant that I?m not sure I will go back. The food is fine, it?s the... service that needs addressed. I placed an online order and it said the food would be ready by 5:04. It was not ready and I hadto wait an additional 40 minutes, as others came in, ordered, and left. I thought online ordering meant you didn?t have to waitas long. And then after finally getting the order, we did not get the rolled tortilla that comes with the kids meal or thedrink. I eat here all to often haha. I love this place! Sweet Pork is amazing on anything. The staff is so kind and attentive. I prefer... to order in person. Online pickup has got my order incorrect a couple times. Read more
Don't know how long this place has been in Farmington, but we finally tried it. I must say... It wasn't bad. They had a... customers of all sorts which is a good indication that everyone likes it. The place was fairly clean which is a major plus! Read more
I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. I went in to place a large order. They seemed organized and... fast enough so I left a tip. When I got home with my food, I found they had forgotten to pack 2 of my dinners. I went back tothe store where they blamed me for leaving without a complete order and refused to make it fresh or refund my money. They triedto give me the dried out cold food they forgot to pack, then insisted it was my fault it wasn't in the bag. They basicallyripped me off. And they make no apologies for it. I have only been here a handful of times this passed year and for good reason. Who ever owns this place gives Zero *****. Place... is filthy from kitchen to lobby and is ran by a bunch of high school kids. What do you expect right?... On top of $39.25 for acouple to eat here is enough for me to never come back. Employee's are very rude and made fun of my family. The employee's always mess up on the order too. Im never eating here again,... food is okay. I would rather this establishment 0 stars. ???????????? Read more
