Logan was amazing! Any person that gets thrown into a drive thru position on their first shift at a new job and kills it gets... props from me. Great communication about how long food would take, aware of what items they didn't have, verified my order toconfirm my special requests. My card was declined when he first ran it and he was very kind and professional when telling me.Great customer service skills. Cheryl, the "manager", was working the kitchen. Put pico on the fish tacos when I ordered themwithout- tomato intolerance, put ranch on the Chipotle chicken rollers- not chipotle, burned the caramel cheese cake bites, andserved cold dried out French fries. The Del Taco in Farmington, NM has BAD service. I ordered 1 Epic burrito combo, and 4 Del Tacos. They only had 2 workers and... the service was lousy. It took them 25 mins to get my order out. One worker stopped in the middle of making the order to use therestroom. YUCK!!! I was about to get my refund but was on a mission to get the meal delivered to another place. Food is always delicious but the wait took a long time. Might be the standard for New Mexico?? I grew up with Del Taco in... California and I've never waited in a drive thru as long as I did at this one. It was at least over 10 minutes. Read more
Didn't have half the ingredients for the burger or tacos I ordered but didn't tell me that till after I was charged full price... and paid full price. At the window after paying they started offering me substitutes. The lack of upfront transparency is why Iwon't be back. Read more
All I can say is wow. Food was bad, service was okay, facility was awful. 1/1 do not recommend.
The experience there was not to my satisfaction. The beans were over cooked/burnt.. tacos were a little cold, fries were over... cooked. Grease needs to get changed. Replaced the bean burritos for 6 other burritos still tasted weird had to spit it out. Myfamily tried their best to eat the food but couldn't. I don't always go to del taco but the times I do go, they are always out of soda, it gets a bit annoying at times because I... crave tacos and a soda. I can't always choose to go somewhere else because I have a very short lunch break. I think that when Igo this time that they will have soda not nope, they don't. Service is okay, they make you wait for a bit and then it takes awhile for your order but my biggest complaint is that they never have soda when I go there for lunch. Read more
