I would not recommend this place. I understand the mistake and fixed it five times on the online ordering but we were having an... issue with the online ordering, and when it went through it was wrong we didn't notice the error until we got home. When wetried to call with the error we kept being told there was nothing that can be done I asked for a refund and again was told therewas nothing that can be done. I tried to explain that we wouldn't have ordered what came up because of food allergies and againnothing. Then was told that the GM would call. I would have taken the order back for the correct one but they would not workwith us. Read more
Pizza was as you might expect. But in Farmington, NM, the options are few. The service, however, was very sub par. Not trying to... diss the crew working there, as I'm in the service industry and know that stuff happens. Ordered on the phone and was told 20-25minutes. Got there in 15 minutes, paid, and waited....for 30 plus minutes. Someone finally came out to see what I was waitingfor, and it turned out the pizza was probably ready for some time, but no one ever let me know. So I took home coldish pizza ahalf hour after I should have been eating. Kind of a bummer. Read more
Thursday September 30th ordered pizza @ 6:19pm local time. @7:02 I called because tracker said my order was being checked at... 6:34. I was assured my order would be in the next car and was hot. My son and girlfriend got home after I had ordered and leftto get something else. They made it back home with food before I saw my order. Service is dead in this country. Consistantly fast delivery and tasty food. I've never had an issue with this location. Recently placed an order right before a... power outage. Staff called me to let me know why there would be a delay with my order. I appreciated this gesture. Deliverypeople have always been professional and kind. Read more
Amazing pizza everytime. Everything is made exactly how you want. Great staff always helpful and polite. Service is always super... fast. The Dominos here never fails. It?s been about 5 years now and we have never been able to utilize the website for convenient ordering or the advertised... discounts/points. We then call the local telephone number and are connected to a national call center that, instead, inform usthat delivery is unavailable in our area (even though they have always delivered to us and our entire neighborhood when we areable to contact the local store, which also has a record of our previous orders). We?ve asked every time that they fix this; thecorporate office points the finger at the local store and the local store points the finger back at them. The bottom line, isyou are part of a franchise and you should be supporting the discounts, conveniences and community support your company soproudly advertises. And hey, Dominos, before you hit me up with your generic response that attempts to deflect bad reviews fromthis forum to your personal email address, here?s what you can do to get my future five star review?fix this issue; otherwise,Pizza Hut?s online/app works every time.
