Service was incredibly slow! Waited 45minutes for two of the simplest 1/3lb burgers offered on the menu. Two separate families... were serviced before us who stood behind my party of 3. Burger turned out to be very drab and tasteless and definitely not worththe extensive wait. The fact that the Restaurant was full of empty tables and chairs should?ve been the direct indicator thatwe should?ve just gone with something efficient like McDonald?s. Read more
Cashier was nice, but the boys making our food were not friendly at all. On top of the service my MIL found hair in her burger,... and the food that was sitting out didn?t look fresh at all. We waited for our food for an hour! We heard 3-4 names after when ours should have been called. Went up to the counter and there... our food was just sitting. Never heard our name called. All of our food was cold. Asked to speak to the manager, when she cameout all she said was sorry and offered us fresh fries. Never asked if we wanted our burgers recooked as they were all overcooked!! $80 of wasted money and ended up getting sick because of it too Read more
1st time eating here, very much enjoyed their food.. burgers were pretty big for a 1/2lb with a big plate of wedged fries. Very... much loved how u can self-serve your condiments, made it much easier to chose how much u wanted on ur burger ???????? Read more
It was just okay.. food was okay.. hamburger was delicious but the chicken strips could use a bit of flavor. Was kinda bland..... the hamburger bun was huge. And burgers small.. either make buns the right size of the burger or make the burger bigger.. Otherwise it was okay.. Read more
Good selection of burger sizes. Selecting your own toppings is convenient. Overall good food.
