Yesterday I get it was a busy night but while my husband was placing his order the girl staff sign and you can hear her saying... Oh my gosh come on under her breath on the intercom which he told her sorry we know it been busy night not going there againstaff can really be rude and I can tell they really dont want to be there. It took 20 minutes on top of waiting in line for 15 to get 6 McDoubles. That?s insane to me?the staff hardly seemed concerned... with getting orders out quickly and even less enthused about being there. Do not go here if you?re in a hurry. Read more

Bad customer service by manager. We went through the drive through and at the time, their system was rebooting and we had to get... cash to pay. While placing our order at the drive through order menu. We were told again their system was down and onlyaccepting cash. I mentioned to the manager that we do have cash but we ordered on the mobile app, again she said system wasdown. We waited 15 minutes just to tell her we had cash and she stated their system was down. And again I said I want to placemy order, we have cash and we can cancel our mobile order. She huffed and had someone else take our order. By the time we got tothe window they forgot to give us one of the meals we had ordered. Again the manager argued with us about 2 hamburgers. We toldher we paid this much money so they need to recalculate their side. We finally got our order an hour later. Poor service by themanager. Our fries were like rubber and our burgers were just thrown together and SLOPPY..!!!!! Don?t go there around 2am. Read more
