Ordered some pasta from the location on 20th st the pasta wasn't even covered looks like they just tossed them in the box didn't... bother to cover it and sent it out like that by the time I was able to open the box the pasta was all dry did not look appealingat all wish it would let me post a picture but ugh ???? Sam's club is way better, save your time. The management is unprofessional and lack on Quality. Go to West Main Pizza Hut... instead.. your chicken wings won't be raw, your pizza will have the proper toppings you paid for and you salad will be full andnot full of nasty dead lettuce. My experience was horrible and when I complained the manager hung up....real professional. Read more
I love having the pizza from here. But this last dine in was not a good experience. First I wait 10 mins to be seated. Then told... the fountain drinks are unavailable but bottled drinks are available. Then we place our order for 2 pizzas and an order ofwings. The wings were good, 1 pizza was good and the other had hair in it. Our waitress told us she couldn't remove the cost ofthe 2nd pizza, with the hair but would take $10 off. Then tells me what my bills is making it sound like I didn't have enough topay. I told her I didn't care if it was only $10 I just didn't want it anymore. She came back later and told us the manager took$20 off. Then gave us 2 boxes to take the pizza and wings. We were not done eating. We didn't take anything with us. It wouldtake her forever to come and check on us. There was a family of 4 and 5. It will be awhile before I eat there again. Read more
Might be the best pizza around. Check out the Pepperoni Lover's Pizza or the Supreme and Super Supreme Pizzas, and the Veggie... Lover's and Ultimate Cheese Lovers Pizza for those going meatless. Other things to enjoy: pasta like the Fettuccini or MeatyMarinara, and a big Wings menu. What's not to enjoy? Read more

A nice clean Pizza Hut. It's not downtown and is near Allen theater which is awesome. My son loves pizza. We had pizza, bread... sticks, tradition wings and boneless wings. Very delicious. We come here more often. A great pizza join. Read more
