I?ve been here a couple of times and ordered loaded baked potato soup and when I got it I didn?t see any ?loaded? in my soup at... all. When asked about it they said ?you should?ve asked for it? I specifically asked for loaded and that?s not what I got.Horrible customer service. Read more
Schlotzsky's is a good place to go for "quick" bite. Their food is wonderful and staff is pleasant to deal with. However my... lastest experience was not the best. I ordered soup and ended up waiting far longer than it should have taken for the order tobe fulfilled. The young man did seem to be a new employee. Schlotzsky's is a nice alternative to other national chain sandwich shops. This location is conveniently located next to one of... the larger grocery stores in farmington. I really like the unique take on round sandwiches instead of defaulting to copying thesub sandwich format. Be warned that the large is monstrous in size! This location does a lot of drive-through business currentlybut we chose to dine in. The dining room is small but the staff did a good job with service. Bathrooms were clean and wellmaintained. The food is always good here and I?ve never had bad service! But I?m leaving this review after the experience I had with... Gabriel!!! I called in a larger order for us at Urgent Care! He took extra care that our orders were correct, he was courteous,and he handled each separate payment perfectly! The food was ready and he helped me bag up everyone?s order! He offered me adrink for myself and he got the drinks filled for me at the self service station! That extra care seriously made my day andreminded me that good people exist! Read more
Overall, pretty good. Slow service and expensive. If they don't make some changes, I'm afraid Schlotzsky's (as a whole) won't be... around forever. Pesto Chicken Pizza is the best item in the menu!! Read more
