I came in 2 minutes before closing and didn't feel welcome at all. If you don't want to serve a customer 2 minutes before... closing and it's a problem then let it be known. Close your doors and shut your lights off 15 minutes before closing if youdon't want a late customer. I could perhaps change this review but it stands until resolved. Also, having 4 employees supposedlyworking near closing and not willing to help is inexcusable. Go home if you don't like your job. And stay there......I hopemanagement sees this. Read more
Very disappointing experience. Paid $7+ for a smoothie only to have the bottom of the cup fall out after one sip. Had to clean... my living room rug, couch, and clothes as the entire smoothie exploded out of the hole in the bottom of the cup. Attempted tocontact store to see about getting a replacement or a refund, also so they could check their inventory for more defective cups.Did not receive any response. Read more
First time here. The lady who took our order was very nice and informative. She went thru the menu and helped is decoded what... would be best. Another lady was at the register and she made it clear she hated her job to the point where it made us feeluncomfortable. Other than that the smoothie was delicious! Read more
Our experience at the smoothie king in Farmington was by far the worst. We waited inside for over 30 minutes while the smoothie... we ordered stayed in the mixer for almost that same time. I honestly do not know what the young ladies method was, but it wasnear infuriating to sit and watch her leave the already mixed drink in the blender and made zero effort to simply pour it in acup. Made ZERO sense. We eventually left in frustration without a smoothie! Worst place ever to go to. Would not absolutelyrecommend. Read more
Went for the first time and was so impressed. The smoothies are so good. There are so many different options for vegan, keto,... low calorie, and high protein. They are healthy but definitely don't taste healthy. My husband and I both loved our choices. Wewill definitely be coming here regularly. The staff was great too and super helpful and patient while we tried to figure outwhat to order. They can configure a smoothie for you the way you would like it and make suggestions to help you have the flavorsyou love in it. I had the Angel Food smoothies made vegan with Sun Warrior protein. Super impressed. I only wish I could havetipped my smoothie maker on my card since I didn't bring cash. She was so helpful and deserved a tip. Other places I have beento like this place have that option but Smoothie King hasn't figured out how to set it up yet apparently. Hope the managementgets a clue and steps up to take good care of their employees and let their customers show their appreciation appropriately. Read more
I occasionally go in and am ALWAYS greeted by friendly staff, I get my smoothie quickly and it?s always delicious. I HIGHLY... recommend trying this place if you haven?t already and if you?ve had a bad experience in the past I would definitely recommendgiving this place another chance before deciding it?s not worth it!
