We ordered ahead on the app for 2 large drinks. The app said our order would be ready by 2:19 PM. The order didn't come out... until 2:35 PM. Our drinks were completely wrong and we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get new ones. The wait isterrible every single time we come. We will not be back until they start prioritizing customer service. Read more

I was going through the drive thru to get my order and I look up and theres this employee basically using a vape blowing smoke... inside while he working taking people orders and also talking on his cellphone. There is only young kids working there I wonderif the manager even cares. Read more
Sonic is a joke. Waiting in a stall for 35 minutes just to get asked what I would like to order very rudely no less, and then as... i?m ordering I ask for a Choc shake and the boy says ?We don?t do icecream? I said excuse me? I waited this long for you to nothave icecream and nobody is even here? he said ?ha sorry? Well, my order was quite hefty! 3-#2's and 1-#1. All large combos. Only problem was the 2 half orders or Tater tots. And 2 half... orders of chili cheese tater tots. The chili cheese tots came with Minimal to no existent chili. Read more
The absolute worse customer service. DONT spend your money here. Ordered breakfast for my daughter here on her way to school,... the lady taking the order wouldn?t let me place another order so I tried to order at the window and she kept closing the window.Needless to say I left without my order and went to the w main sonic ( WAYYYY better service) 20th St SONIC HAS ZERO customerservice skills, they were NOT busy.
