It was okay. The stalls were all working and the card swipers were functioning. The servers were friendly and prompt. The... exterior was clean, grounds kept. During a few visits though, no one ever answered after pressing the famous red button toorder. After hitting the drive thru, we ended up with hard fries, the wrong beverages, and the burgers weren't prepared asordered. It's hit and miss as far as quality goes. Read more
About half the stalls do not work, rude person taking order, rushing you off before you even complete talking or placing order.... Leave your attitude at home, you're in customer service and you expect to get a tip. Read more
I was able to order ahead on the app, but it would not register that I had arrived at the location. Had to go to multiple stalls... before I found one that worked. Ordered a large drink and failed to check that it was full before I left, only to realize thatit was probably about 2/3 full, if that. Not the usual Sonic that I go to and probably won't become a regular stop. Read more
I ordered crispy tater tots and they gave me lukewarm tots and cold french fry pieces. Not happy. Got it redone. Still not good
Not sure if it is a permanent thing or just temporary but you could not use the app to order ahead at this location. (Which is... a real bummer when you want to order the drinks for half price on the app.) Once we arrived at the location we had to switchparking spots 3 times before finding an order screen that worked. We showed up at the end of the night and the list of things they were out of was so long that I thought they were confirming... someone else's order with me. But they gave us a free ice cream for the long wait and inconvenience?which was a wonderfulsurprise for our 4-year-old. Read more
Pretty good. Wait varies. Update: the wait was super long at 745pm Update 2: The wait was long again. After learning about the... bracelets the car hops wear.
