To be considered the "drink stop" this is the 4th time in a row I've given the benefit of the doubt to sonic and ended up having... to ask myself how hard can it be to make sure the soda is carbonated, the flavor is actually added, or the drink is the correctdrink. This is extremely unfortunate considering after seeing the hygiene of these places I will personaly never order the foodand now they can't even get drinks right so as far as I'm concerned there's no use or anything worth going to a sonic again. Well, when I visited it was veey busy, so I will give them some leeway. The drinks we ordered had no taste. They werw flat and... watered down. The pretzel sticks were amazing and we were able to get new drinks. The wait staff was quick with our new drinksand very polite. Read more
Ordered on the app, checked in waited 30 min, sign said car hop on the way with our order waited 10 more min no car hop, pushed... button and complained was told to hold onto my horses car hop was on the way. Waited 10 more min pushed button asked about myorder, they asked me to repeat the order, order showed up in about 3 min, but they wanted me to pay again, I had paid when Iordered on app, I got the order without paying. It was a long wait for 2 drinks and 2 ice creams. FYI they were not that busy. Read more
Love the throwback drive-in concept. All-day breakfast, great shlushies, chicken, burgers, desserts. What's not to like?
I come here or use to come here twice a day, lunch and evening time for the same drink sprite with cherry easy ice. My visit... tonight will keep me away for an extended time. Twice my drinks destroyed, than being greeted by angry Manager Cole or Corey whoangry grabs the drink, than returns shorty asking . The first return was said to be odd since the Sprite was mixed with SpriteOne (something I notice a week ago but finally felt the need to point out since I throw away 3 already), the second drink, Dr.Pepper with strawberry and lemon, was very tart due to way too many lemon syrup. With the angry manager greeting me I feltscared to order an replacement after being 2 error this evening. Sad to say customer service normally is great here but thislast visit? No thank you. I ordered two footlong coneys from here. The coneys had little chili cheese and beans on them, and the hotdog was so dark it... looked spoiled. Once we bit into them they were bright red on the inside but dark on the outside. After taking a bite, the aftertatse was nasty, it taste like it was spoiled. Ended up throwing them away. Read more
I frequent Sonic's in order to get a shake at night I do this very often and over the past 2 weeks I have come here on 10... separate days, multiple times per day- to be told every time that their ice cream machine is down because it is being cleanedand I've had this happen to me as early as 8:16 and I'll revisit multiple times to try and get my shake all the way until theyclose just to be told the same thing over and over ice cream machine down and that is being cleaned. For a place that's 'theultimate drink stop' you would think that they could wait until closing to clean the damn ice cream machine. Read more
