Always out of ingredients. I sat in line for over 30 minutes only to be told they don't have the ingredients needed to make the... drink I wanted. This isn't the first time this has happened. Hire more staff and order more ingredients because clearly you needboth. Read more

Very friendly staff members here. Was there during a less busy time got my drinks quickly everything was as I ordered and tasted... delicious! Do be aware that because of this building's location getting in and out is easiest when you use the street light. Read more

Customer service was good, everyone said hello. I don?t like how there will be 5-6 people behind the counter and everyone seems... to making drinks for the window and not the 5 people standing/waiting inside. Today I witnessed one gentleman making 5 drinksfor 5 people total alone and waited 20 minutes to finally get mine. I also watched him pour foam into my cup when I clearlyasked for no foam/no whip. I come to this location quite often, and each time I visit is a pleasant one. This location has staff members that are always... friendly and courteous, the restrooms are always clean, merchandise is fairly stocked full compared to other stores & theatmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I was pleased to see the other morning a little note attached to my drink. Itreally made my day to read an inspiring message first thing in the AM. That little extra touch is what keeps me going back tothis location almost daily! Good work! Read more
This Starbucks is located in a very convenient spot. The store itself has a large seating area, comfortable and quiet. As usual,... I got a quad espresso, and it was very good. The wife also liked her latte. The Staff smile at you, are friendly and efficient. Read more
Ordered our favorite coffees and tried to pay with a 50 dollar bill. They denied us our coffee. I didnt see a sign saying no... large bills. On top of that we stayed in a long line for our coffee. Read more
