We made a special trip 40min out of the way to buy one of the ?Been There Series? mugs while on a cross country trip. I called... ahead and talked to the manager who assured me they had the mug in stock. I asked her to set it aside and I would be by in anhour to pick it up. When I arrived none of the three employees were able to locate the mug. They could not get ahold of themanager who had gone home and no mug. Very disappointed. Grabbed a Venti Mocha and Caramel frappe just today. The quality of the drink was b l a n d, the making of the drinks were... rushed and ended up tasting like milk with froth and syrup. Overall the customer service wasn't indecent, but the drinkscould've been better. Read more
