The best cup of coffee we had in our 3-week travel in the US! If you are missing some good coffee which is not too burnt or sour... do yourself the favour and visit this place. We had breakfast there which was filling but not in any way or form gourmet. If youjust want a solid breakfast or lunch and a good cup of coffee, stop by. Read more
Stopped here on the first leg of our very long road trip. The billboards about bacon are what made us look up the restaurant and... decided to stop based on the reviews. Came for breakfast with my elderly Aunt. She ordered her favorite breakfast dish: 1-1-1. I decided to go with the diced ham w/... scrambled eggs & a side of green chili. We both ordered the biscuit & gravy dish. Our order came out, we slowly savored ourfood. Somewhere along the way, our waitress took our biscuit & gravy dishes! We hadn't hardly touched it. Sadly she neverreturned to our table to get our payment. Nor were we able to have the dish removed from our bill. While I took a few bites ofthe b&g dish, I was raving to my elderly Aunt about how good it tasted. Unfortunately I was not able to continue with the dish.We hope to return & we will put our plates towards the wall to avoid food being removed from our table. Second time we?ve tried this place and we don?t recommend a first try anymore. First of all I do want to say the waitress here... are the best! Totally do their jobs above and beyond! But the food would make Gordon cringe ???? as it did me and my guests Ibrought. Everything was slathered in oil, canola I?m betting. Hash browns cold I?m the middle, sausage links raw in the middle,eggs underdone and not cooked to specifics requested. Poor chef or should I say ?cook? work? The sign of a great restaurant is that it's always super busy. The breakfast was good although bacon was a little too salty. The... service was awesome. The atmosphere well, the diner is in downtown Farmington so after a full breakfast it's nice to be able towalk it off doing a bit of sight seeing. Read more
