Took the family (4) out to dinner this evening, or rather, I TRIED to take the family out. We walked in at 550, we were... immediately sat at a table that came with a complimentary serving of french fries on the floor. After 15 minutes of watching thesurrounding tables be taken care of, and 3 newly (after us) tables be taken of, we left. Nobody greeted us, it was like weweren't even there. Just sitting with my wife and kids, in filth, with our menus and nothing else. Restaurant was maybe halfseated at this point, with at least 3 servers and a busser in the immediate area. Read more
Yesterday around 12:30 in the afternoon, I went into the restaurant and placed an order to go. My order was for the regular... Reuben sandwich with onion rings. I waited for 45 minutes for my order and finally the bartender offered me complimentary soupdue to the delay. I declined the offer and finally received my food. I WILL NOT return to this particular Eddie O'Briens as thekitchen must have problems getting the food out, especially and order to go. I will go back to the Canandaigua restaurant whereI have never had a problem. On top of it all, there were french fries on the bottom of my onion rings. Read more
Food was ok, I think our waitress was new because she was very slow and visited each table and went and got what they needed and... came back when she could have gotten everything for multiple tables in one trip. Work smarter - not harder! Have to learn timemanagement and multi-tasking to effectively wait tables in a timely manner. It was not busy at all but took much longer to get aquick lunch than I anticipated. It's very nice in there though, and the food was worth going back for. Read more
Not a good experience!!!!This bar has a fantastic game room that we were planning on using but they closed it down way before... the bar was closing. Disappointing!!! Mind you we love this place but very upset with how staff looked at each other and prettymuch saying ?oops? when we asked if it was open or not. Read more
My fried chicken sandwich was raw inside. I gave 3 stars cause the Mac and cheese was delicious and the inside was really, nice... lots of things to look at. Staff was friendly and beer was cold. Read more
There weren't a lot of people here when I first walked in. There is a sign on both entrance doors explaining the shortage of... staff and asking patrons to be patient both before ordering and when waiting for the order to arrive. It was clean and the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. The Guiness tasted like I was back in Ireland and I highly recommend the BourbonGrilled Chicken sandwich. The Ultimate Nachos with chicken is a great place to start. Another positive experience for thebooks! NEW: The place hasn't changed. The Chicken Bourbon sandwich is still excellent and the Guiness is cold. This time we werethere on a Saturday. The place was a lot busier but the waitstaff was still very friendly and pleasant. Food was great andarrived at the table in a timely manner. The ultimate nachos were fantastic, even without chicken. Overall an amazing experienceand one that I recommend for everyone....even the Littles! Read more
Went on a Sunday (not a bills day) at 5pm and it was not busy at all. We put in our order and it all went down hill from there.... My husband's order came out wrong, and was sent back. My Carolina Mac and cheese was watery but tasted okay. The second time myhusband's steak sandwich came out there was no cheese and the onion rings were stone cold and soggy. It went back again with avery snotty attitude from the waitress. Asked the hostess to see a manager and was told he would come to the table. Never saw orheard from the manager. The third try on the sandwich was acceptable but not in any way outstanding. Never got a refill on ourdrinks, no apologies for messing up the order..... nothing. This restaurant does not care about your dining experience or yoursatisfaction of service or product. We will not return. Read more
