i ordered a box and a separate meal. i was handed one bag and it was extremely light so i asked if everything was in there and i... was told yes. i pulled up because there was a line because of how slow they were. and i checked and i didn?t receive anythingfrom my box. i then went inside and waited another 5 minutes. just for the employee proceed to act like they were correct. thensuddenly hand me a box. i drove away just to realize i was given a completely different order. i didn?t bother going backbecause i already wasted 25 minutes of my life. lovely Read more
Phenomenal!! This location was super clean,food was fresh, perfectly made to order and staff was AMAZING!! The staff that worked... night shift 10/22 are some of the best employees and servers we have ever encountered!! Very polite, respectful, courteous,knowledgeable of the menu and what's good. I love Taco Bell, but this location is by far the worst. It takes over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru, they have been... out of sauce packets the last 2 times I have been there and their employees apparently dont know the menu as my burrito was madewith black beans instead of refried beans. And getting stuck in the drive thru, just to look over and see 2 of their employeesin the parking lot chatting it up with a friend at 6pm (middle of dinner rush) just makes me angry. I wish you could do 0 stars. This place is freaking ridiculous. I ordered online tonight 9/23, I went through the drive through... as there were only 2 cars. I waited over 25 minutes just for 2 cars to get their food. As I pulled up to the window I waitedanother 15 minutes just for them to hand me my food which ended up being completely wrong. Now I completely understand they maybe short staffed but this was a bit ridiculous. So I went inside to get the right order and there were 3 other people in thedining room who were waiting 45 minutes for their food!!!!! Of course they were not happy and demanded a refund which they didnot give to them. Both couples walked out without their food or their money back. I went up to the counter with the wrong bagtrying to keep my calm because I could see how stressed they were. I showed them my correct order and ask if I could keep thewrong bag since I have been waiting a long time but they refused. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes in the restaurant for myfood. They did not offer ANYTHING to me for the inconvenience. No refund, no extra meal, not even an apology. Not to mention thefood was still NOT RIGHT when I got home. Worst experience with this restaurant and I will NEVER go back Adding to this?. Therewas also bacon in one of my items which I didn?t even order and my friend who used to work at Taco Bell told me that they stopusing bacon during their breakfast hours. Waited over 30 min in the drive thru. Avoid this place. They are so slow. I could of drove to the taco bell 20 min away and... got food faster. Nice to see the employees outside having a smoke and chat while people are waiting. Read more
If I could give no stars I would! The service was terrible! We went inside ordered after someone finally came over, we waited... 20+ mins with still no food so asked for a refund. Which the girl that came in I'm not sure if she even worked there as shewasn't in a uniform! She told us that we needed to leave and was nasty! Also u get charged $4.98 for a cup for water! I?m not giving a 2 cause of the employees, because they were nice. However we waited 20 minutes for our food? in the drive... thru, if I wasn?t trapped I would have pulled off and went to one of the 4 other fast food chains within 2 minutes. They havebreakfast menus out, obviously that?s wrong. Sold out of Cinnabon delights, the only real desert they sell. Didn?t have mildsauce?. Who is running this place? Or is anyone at all? Every time we come here after our 8:30 pm work shifts, we spend longer in the drive thru line than at any other fast food... restaurant we've visited. The staff are always friendly, and we've gotten coupons for our wait times. I don't know if theissue is a lack of staff or some other problem. We often get incorrect orders as well (though I have found new foods I enjoy asa result, so there is that...) Read more
