Huge store, with a wide range of books, media, games, toys, and more. The staff is friendly and passionate, and offers to help... if you need it. The store is very well organized and clean as well as has many places to sit and read or work. They have a caféas well for people to casually come in. If you don't already know where everything is, good luck trying to figure the layout of the store. Its definitely not in any... alphabetical order of author last names or first names. I wander the shelves looking for "Pierce Brown" for bout 20 minutesbefore I gave up. Perhaps I'm just stupid but I definitely could not find a store person either to ask for assistance. I love Barnes and Nobles because they always have a great variety of books and they don't care how long you take to browse... through them. You can grab a table and use their high speed WiFi internet access, while enjoying a delicious cookie and acoffee. I'll bring my kids here on a Saturday and just stay for hours. Read more
