They need to focus on cleanliness as well, didn't see anyone cleaning tables nor emptying trash cans
The employees seemed a lot more interested in talking to their friends than helping other paying guests. Normally this wouldn?t... bother me too much. However, where I had places to be and things to do this was not a minor inconvenience. Read more
Cafe Rio is hard to fail. For me the food is always good. This one is great cause it?s close to work. But I?ve had not so good... experiences just this one has not been one. It?s been great and the staff seem friendly enough. Read more
The food was delicious as always. The restaurant was super dirty though. Every table was a mess and the highchairs were... disgusting. The floors were covered in old food. If the staff took better care of the place it would have a good 5 star review. Read more
We came here after a funeral service and the manager, though very understaffed, treated us with kindness and genuine care. They... got us through the line quickly. Food was perfect and delicious. After learning that our grandmother had recently passed, theygave us a discount. We didn?t expect it and certainly would?ve paid full price. Thank you for your kindness toward my grievingfamily. Words cannot express how much that meant to us. My only regret is not leaving a bigger tip and getting the name of themanager! Next time I?ll have to leave extra. Read more
The food was very good and fresh. There wasn't enough of the meat I ordered so I told them they could add Barbacoa in its place.... My only complaint is the Barbacoa was too sweet and was not for me it dominated the flavors of the burrito. Otherwise, myexperience would have been five star. This location always struggles and it seems like they never do anything about it. I understand busy and understaff but... communicate with your customers!!
