Used to be worth the cost, no longer so. It?s a sad day when you decide to write off one of your favorite restaurants. The food... just isn?t the same as it once was. They seldom get my order right and the service is mediocre at best. When I order to go, theyalmost always leave something out. Either the recipes changed or they just don?t care enough anymore to make it the right way.Got a strawberry with my meal today about the size of a quarter and my daughter?s soup was basically greasy slop. It?s herfavorite soup and she couldn?t even finish it because it was so bad and then felt guilty because of how much it cost. Theseweren?t the only problems, just the ones I could show with a photograph. I won?t be going back and I?m sad that one of myfavorite restaurants basically no longer exists. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had at Zupas. Be prepared to wait a long time if you go to this location. They will also likely... mess something up on your order. When I got there, there were only four small groups ahead of us, but we were in line for morethan 30 minutes because they were more worried about online orders than the people in the store. When we finally got to thefront of the line, we were asked to keep waiting while they filled 5 more online orders. My mom ordered the Try Two with the HBCand the Thai Peanut Salad, and I ordered the Southwest Protein Bowl. Once they took our orders, we had to wait an additional 10minutes in line before we could pay, and when we got to the front, we learned they had not made my order at all. They had to goback to make it and then made me the wrong size salad, so I paid more for crappier service. My mom's sandwich was totally coldby the time we finally paid. The people in front of us also had a meal that didn't get made until they went up to pay (and thenwent back yet again because when it did finally get made, it was made wrong), and the people behind us also had an error intheir order. While this all was happening, the employees were moving painfully slow, chatting with each other and goofing offinstead of picking up the pace, so by the time we left there were probably 30 people in line. This location has gone seriouslydownhill. My family used to love this restaurant - I even had them cater for my wedding - but after this experience, I don'tknow if I'll ever go back. Read more

My experience with all Zupas has been decent. Good food, good service. But this particular location went above and beyond. I had... just ordered food with my one year old. We were just sitting down to eat and he vomited all over himself and me, our food andthe booth. One of the employees there cleaned up the whole booth, brought towels into the bathroom to get us cleaned up and evenpackaged up fresh meals to take home. She was so accommodating and understanding. I have never eaten here and been disappointed. The best sandwiches soups and salads and you can?t beat the chocolate dipped... strawberries. Friendly workers and a nice warm atmosphere to eat. I would highly recommend Café Zupas for anybody that likes agood sandwich. Read more
My husband works right by the station park zupas now and he stopped by on his way home today and had the best experience. We... already love zupas food, plus the service was exceptional.
