Went into grab some lunch. Busy as usual. Regular customer tried charging ahead of me to pay for his meal that he was starting... in for. Really rude. But the staff still took care of my order in a timely manner. Great food and friendly. Appreciated on howthey handled the situation. Read more
Absolutely no on in line but waited for service while employees horseplayed behind the counter. Once approached, girl was... disinterested and couldn't get the order correct because she continued to flirt with manager. Meager portion of rice and beansand hardly any meat. My daughter was using a gift card and I was reminded why we frequent Cafe Rio. Manager witnessed thewhole interaction and didn't seem to care. Read more
This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes everything is on point, and sometimes it?s trash, and it?s legit a 50/50 chance for... either. This is not worth $8.50. Their idea of extra cheese is a joke, and that they charge more for basically nothing is alittle ridiculous. They forgot the pico and lettuce. Thankfully I always order an extra side of pico, but all in, this is notworth what I paid. Read more
We went to eat the other night right before closing and were aware so we had our food "to go". Since it was close to closing... when I ordered my pork salad, my son ordered his meal with pork and my nephew ordered his meal with pork, they hardly gave usany meat because it was getting low and they didn't want to get a new one from the back. When I asked for a little more thegirl said it would be more money to discourage us. We are talking 1/4 of the meat they usually give you. I was just asking tohave a couple of bites of my salad with meat. It was a joke. Moral of the story don't go in later and expect much, or theywill charge you extra. Read more
Now I will start by saying the food is great, as it always is. But I was not impressed with this Costa Vida. There is one point... when our burritos sat on the end of the conveyor belt coming out of the oven for 4 1/2 minutes and five different teenage boyemployees all sat talking with each other and we just waited for that one of them to actually get our food for us. On top ofthat as you can see from this picture, it was the first time I?ve ever left still hungry, they were very skimpy on the burritosize. I probably won?t be returning to this customer again. We live 1.5 miles from here, and have eaten here about 20 times. I always feel ripped off. There is never enough neat, and they... take it off when they put a reasonable anount on. Employees are surly, won't communicate. Can't get them to do a tiny amount ofbeans so I leave them off. Horchata is watery or not available. Food is often lukewarm. 2 days ago I had a grilled chickenburrito in Centerville, (left) and today I got a sweet pork burrito in Farmington.(right) See photo. About 45% meat compared to10%. I love the taste but I am done trying in Farmington. Read more
Rosario (asked her name because she was so kind!) helped us today. She was very kind, and made us feel important today, since it... was slow- making conversation and being so sweet! The restaurant was very clean, not one dirty table, and the lobby was halffull. I love how clean this location keeps there restaurant and there employees are always so cheerful! This place I noticed ishiring, and from what I have heard the tips make up a big difference in your pay. If you know someone looking for a job, thisseems like a great place! Read more
We love Costa Vida!! This one was a new experience.. Dirty, full garbage, 4 workers holding the counters down.. sold us a Tres... Leches that had use before 6 days earlier!! Noticed as we cleaned up our table... hope we stomach that ok!! Read more
