Let me tell you something about this McDonald's restaurant. The Management team here is top notch! They keep there restaurant... clean. They are always quick to help and attentive to their clientele. I patronize this McDonald's regularly. The quality of thefood is first rate. My orders are always accurate. And they make me feel like I'm the most important customer reach time I comein. I pick up an order of several iced teas and sandwiches. If they are busy, they will let customers know if any issues andapologize for any delays. Great team here! Keep it up. Read more

This location has a lot of the modern updates McDonald's has been adding to new stores. There is a kiosk where you order your... own food and it can be delivered to a table. You can even do it through the McDonald's app. They have awesome soda machines thatlet you mix some pretty cool flavors. But with all these modern updates they all fall flat and get overshadowed by the fact thatthe place is a mess. Every table was dirty, there was food on the floor and under seats. Every single garbage can wasoverflowing, including the bathroom trash cans. The first time I figured it had been a busy day/week or something. But a monthlatter still a bit of a mess. I do not recommend going to this location if you plan on eating in a McDonald's. There are cleanerlocations. Read more
This would otherwise be a one star review, but I'm factoring in a few bonus points for their lobby and playground at least being... open whereas so many others are not all the way open. The place was a disaster. The drink dispensers were filthy. There were noclean tables. There were napkins, lids, and straws strewn about. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in several hours. And just toclarify, it was not overly busy. We were one of only a few families in the lobby. And to top it off, the food wasdisappointing. The deluxe chicken sandwich as inedible as it literally had more mayo on it then meat. The fries were soggy andundercooked. My wife summed it up the experience well when she said "this is exactly what the McDonald's brothers were worriedabout when they started scaling with Ray Kroc." Not sure if they need different management, new employees, or just moretraining, but something has to change because that was an embarrassment to the McDonald's brand. Read more

Be ready for a half Hour drive through line wait. Every time I ask for no ketchup they always add ketchup. Every time you walk... into store they will not come to counter they asked that you go to kiosk to order and pay but when you have a problem they willnot assist you. Literally live three minutes walking distance and we go to Centerville McDonald?s way better customer serviceand food. Will never go here again and I tell everyone else steer clear of this McDonald?s. Read more
