Come on in to noodles and company to get your most recent dose of rip off. Disgusting, dry noodles are this company?s product... and the service is horrible. $12 dollars for a ?regular bowl? that could fit in the palm of a small child. Frightening toimagine the small spoonful the ?small? would give. After you?re done at noodles and co take a trip over to literally any of thebetter options that surround this awful location to actually get enough food to be filled. The only downside to Noodles is that our noodles are always dry now. Not enough sauce. We always ask for extra and with a side.... Most of the time we only get the side. But that's my only thing. My mother chimed in and said "Same!" Read more

Went to noodles & co at 8 pm (they close at 10 pm) and there was a sign on the door that said only accepting online orders due... to staffing but that we could still eat inside. Ordered online and went inside. Noticed there were 5 people working and all werejust sitting around chatting. When we got our order the food was good but the order was wrong, and we were not provided anyutensils, napkins, etc. The restaurant was a mess. The garbages were overflowing, the utensils were not stocked (100% gone),and the tables were not wiped down. I would understand these things happen being understaffed. But walking in and seeing theemployees all sitting around talking AND all of these things just tells me this location has poor management and doesn?t careabout cleanliness or what their employees are doing on the job. Delicious as always. The gluten-free pasta was a tad under-cooked, but it was still absolutely amazing. My family loves coming... here since there isn't a Noodles & Company where we live. We will definitely be coming again????. Read more
The staff was very friendly and fast! I ordered the pad Thai and it was basically a bowl full of just soggy scrambled eggs which... was so weird. There was one piece of cabbage, a small scoop of noodles, and just a bowl of soggy egg-substitute scrambled eggs.It was really gross, I kept it to give to my husband because he's a disposal and will eat anything.
