*Update: Moving from 1 to 3 stars. Turns out Gavin misrepresented himself as the store manager. Alex Monk, the actual General... Manager reached out and was extremely professional and understanding. It doesn?t take away being made to feel like a criminalbut it was good to know that this location has a good GM and just needs to work through some professionalism issues with lowerlevel leadership.* This location never hits its delivery windows which triggers an automated postcard coupon for a free mediumpizza. This has happened to us several times over the past year. No problem, labor shortages affect these things and we happento like Papa John's. When I called in with a legitimate complaint (I was delivered a medium pizza instead of a large) theperson helping me (Gavin Beebe, claimed to be the store manager) accused me of trying to defraud Papa John's, invited me tonever order from his store again, and hung up on me. When I called back to try to get additional information he was veryrude--using a childish tone of voice, pretending to not remember hanging up on me a few seconds earlier, etc. His rationalethat I have been abusing them? I have received a few free pizzas thanks to these automated coupons that go out. So I suppose,two warnings: 1. Their delivery windows are inaccurate (today took ~61 minutes against a promised time of arrival of 39-49minutes). I will likely get a free pizza in the mail... 2. I just placed an order for a medium pizza. My card was charged and then found out that they were not going to deliver on the... order. I called and spoke with Gavin and he was very unprofessional and rude about refunding my card. I?m not sure how anyone isallowed to be as unprofessional as Gavin was. He basically said that I was not going to get a refund and that my order would notbe delivered. I wouldn?t recommend ordering from this establishment and as a once loyal customer this experience has made mewant to NEVER order from Papa Joh?s again! I would never hire this Gavin as an employee. I get pizza from this place on average two times per week, so I've experienced a lot of what they have to offer. In all the... time I've ordered from here I've only had them be late once. Sometimes their time estimates are large but that's what happenswhen there's high demand, I don't know what people who leave bad reviews because of that are expecting. Delivery time has neverbeen an issue for me at this location. Service is usually great though it is clear they're struggling to find employees, maybecorporate could try actually paying their employees competitively? Quality of pizza is wildly inconsistent. I've had somereally amazing pizzas here. But also I've had some real duds where the crust is crazy uneven, they skimped on cheese and sauce,and they cut the pizza seemingly at random with two slices making up half the pizza and the rest not even being triangle sized.Usually weekdays are better than weekends. Good place overall, I love Papa John's but I wish they were more consistent. Guessthat's why happens when you fire Papa John himself and replace him with the person who runs Arby's. Read more
Tried their new Papadilla and made my own with three cheeses, Canadian bacon, and pineapple. It came with the traditional Papa... John's garlic dipping sauce and banana pepper. Utterly delicious and will happily try it again, plus it's only $6.50. Read more
