Closes at 9 but for some reason was closed at 6 when I went, door was unlocked so I walked in and the kid rudely said they were... closed? lock your door or put a sign up if you?re closing at a time other than stated. Read more
I have never left a review for anything before but I have to say that this is the most poorly managed restaurant out there. 3... times in the last year I have gone to this Subway and they have not been open. It has been several minutes after opening time.Today, I arrived a few minutes before 10:00 and waited. At 10:05 a employee entered and unlocked the door. I got out of my carand tried the door and it was locked. I could see several employees in there looking at me. At 10:10 one of rhe employees cameout another door and left. I asked if they were open and she said, 'No, we don't have any bread,' and walked away. No sorry, nocome and tell me- just let me wait outside. Terrible customer service. Read more
Food is good but thier reward system sucks. The last 2 times I have been there I have not been able to use my $2 reward that... expires soon. I have contacted Subway and will update my post with thier response. They sent me 2 emails a week later. Oneasking me to call them which I did not duo add it is not worth my time for $2. The seconde asked me to send an email describingwhat happened, which I did. Have nor heard anything from them since then. My reward is expressed and they did nothing toresolve the issue. i have gone here twice while on break at work and both experiences were the same. food was good, but the service wasn?t. i... walked in and nobody came to greet/help me until i had to flag someone down from the back. they seemed uninterested in helpingme and i felt like i was burdening them just by being there. They make really good sandwiches and really good salads that fills you up.
