We went to this location and it said it was under new management, which is no problem. What was a problem is when we ordered a... gluten free waffle due to an allergy and we waited over an hour. We got a cinnamon bun waffle and a sausage egg and cheese waffle. They were fine. I’ve never had a liege waffle before so... nothing to compare it to. The real let down was the rest of the experience, it took 56 minutes to get our waffles. Therewasn’t a lot of people there either. The employees were having issues and they said they couldn’t contact any managementbecause they were in another country. If there was competent owners I’m sure this place could be great. Read more
Love this place, the manager Christina, is the best manager I have ever met. She is so kind and thoughtful to all her customers... and employees. Aside from the great staff, the food is beyond amazing. I came here every day when I was in Utah and I wasalways surprised on how my waffle got better every single day. We had Waffled cater an event and everything was so incredible. They went above and beyond. They came with beautiful tables with... white table cloths and picture frames with pictures they asks for prior. The display was amazing and the staff was so friendlyand kind to our guests. I will definitely use them again for other events. They have great communication and the entire processwas seamless. And of course the waffles are amazing. They were made in the spot and were delicious, and the toppings were freshand we had so many options. They did not disappoint. We were so happy along with our guests that raved about the waffles. My first experience at the waffle place Waffled was nothing short of AMAZING! My wife and I came in for our first time and was... met by the new manager Christina, she was very helpful and informative with all of the menu items. We asked if she did cateringand was able to take the time to listen to our needs and explain how the pricing worked and even stepped outside of therestaurant to answer all of our questions regarding our daughters upcoming wedding. We were referred here and to Christina fromour friends that Waffled just did a huge catering event for and we will absolutely be using them to cater all events we have inthe future and recommending to our friends and family as well! Oh my goodness this was lovely. We did have to wait 20 minutes for our order but it was worth it. We had a ham, egg and cheese... waffle and a strawberry and Nutella. It was plenty for the 6 of us to share, and we all loved them. Nice priced too. Read more
I got two sundae waffles here. Everything looked good till we cut into the waffles. They were still raw & had white pieces in... it.think maybe sugar pieces but, not sure. Was very disappointed couldn't eat the waffles. Was so excited to try this place out.Feel I should get my money back or at least non raw waffles. Read more
Normally this place is really great and we order a couple of waffles, one being gluten free and waffle bites with the whole... order arriving together in a reasonable amount of time. Gluten free ones do take a few extra minutes and we've come to expectthat so normally it's not a big deal. We ordered today and the gluten free waffle came out about 30 minutes after the rest ofthe order which was disappointing. They also didn't bring the waffle out to the patio this time, which is different from what weare used to. Please bring out orders together and serve food in the order it was ordered. At the end, the gluten free waffle wasburned so that was a bummer too. We will come a few more times because normally the food and service is great, but if thosevisits are like today then the value isn't there. Read more
