This is the rudest 7-11 I have ever been to! I had purchased a pint of liquor. I never left the store. I wanted to exchange my... pint of liquor for another. This rude old lady with short white grey hair ( she said her name was Krista, if that is her realname (started yelling at me and told me it was a federal law saying she couldn't exchange it. Need I remind you I never left thestore, this lady just sold it to me . There is no federal law saying that. So I went back up to the counter and told the ladythere is no law saying that. Than she switched it up said it's 7-11 rule. I called another 7-11 and there is no such rule. Iwant an apology. Read more
The new ownership has really cleaned this store up! Most of the staff is friendly but not one of them has been rude to me. Don't... get that with other reviews. The selection is better. No complaints here. Read more
Had to go to this location cause my work had me go to another location. Never again!!! This location is under new management... and they have the rudest staff. I came in for iced coffee and when i asked the young lady if they had any she replied with isthe machine on, no then we dont have it. Seriously just go to the one on five mile and middlebelt. The morning staff are good but the afternoon staff are essentially only their to cash you out as well as no help at all. The... only hot food available for grab and go is pizza or wings. I wish they had a better selection as I have 15 min to grab somethingto eat and get back to work. Read more
Try to avoid this 711 the owner attempted to charge me twice for the same item! This may just be the 1st time I've actually... caught you in the act. I've been a regular customer for 10 years+, NEVER have a problem with ANY of the other employees behindthe register so I've learned to expect this from the owner every time. So now; for example, when owner is behind register Ihave to speak loudly while asking for 2 packs and hold up two fingers? and clearly say "2 packs" while making eye contact. Shealways hands me one pack and I have to again tell her "I asked for two". Then she rings me up again and I walk out with outchecking my bank account. Today was different and I was suspicious. So I actually looked Into while still in store. And YES!sure enough she charged me twice, I was about to walk out to make a report she then stopped me and gave me my money back. Read more
My experience here was above and beyond, specially from a clerk called Leah. She truly expresses the values of 7/11 and was... extremely courteous and consise every single one of my visits. 10/10 customer support skills. Very much would recommend fordaily visiting and commuting. Great hotdogs too, btw. Read more
I purchased a food item and some lottery tickets from this location on November 2, 2022. I paid for my purchases and requested... that the clerk cash a $2 instant win ticket that I had just purchased. The clerk, whose name tag read 'Mallory' told me that Iwould have to go to the back of the line, in which there were at least six customers. She said that she had already cashed meout, and equated cashing my ticket at that point with line jumping. When I asked for the manager's name, she said Liz, and thatshe did not know a last name. Very trifling, disrespectful, and in my opinion, biased customer service. Read more
