It was not a good experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. It took a while to even be seated and there was hardly anyone in the... dining area. The restaurant was an absolute mess and pretty gross too. Manager Cody tried to turn away our group of 45 when the restaurant was empty! We told him we were not on a timeline and could... be as patient as needed. Our waitress Mia totally rocked out the whole group while the manager sat up at the bar refusing tohelp or allow any co-workers to support! We made sure her tip paid for her sorry managers attitude. I purposely arrived 20 minutes after I was notified that my order was ready only to wait for almost an hour, just to get home... and my order was a mess, the wings were in the container with the sauce drizled on them definitely wasn't tossed and it was thewrong sauce. Dirty place. Dried BBQ sauce on our "clean" table. We were there for about 45 minutes, and no one bothered to clean the trash... from the table next to us, but they were able to stand around on their cell phones; some staff seemed to be inattentive tocustomers, almost like they didn't care about their jobs. Food was over cooked (boneless Wings and fries). Wasn't offeredcarrots or celery with order, just asked if we wanted ranch or blue cheese. Had to ask another server for napkins. Read more
I arrived at 10:15 to place a carry out order. After 11 minutes of waiting, nobody had come to help me. I went to the bar to get... some assistance. He said there is 1 person and they will be up there shortly. 3 minutes later someone finally came up. Sheasked my name for my pickup and I stated that I wanted to place a carry out order. She told me that they don't take orders after10:30 and it would only be fries or wing between 10 and 10:30. It was now 10:25. I let her know that I had been waiting for 15minutes and I only wanted boneless wings. This what I received. The attitude I received was free as well as the lazy preparationof the food. Read more
Took away two stars because the sign said wait to be seated, but the hostess literally pointed and told us to find a seat!... Waitress was cool and the food was good. I understand people are stressed due to lack of employees, but I'd like companies tofigure something out. No matter what location I go to, the wings taste undercooked with heavy sauce. Why not bake them longerto get crispy skin? The old days of B'dubs are gone ???? The fries and his sandwich were good. My spicy garlic wings were okay,just wished they were cooked longer.
