What's the point of a sub place if they close before 5pm everyday? Maybe management should raise worker pay or offer more than... a $1 off a sub after finishing a shift (used to work at JJs and the perks are pathetic). I can see closing at 7pm after thedinner rush, but this store prevents anyone from getting subs after work. We'd order at least once a week if they had normalhours, instead it's always a waste of time. Also, avoid the subway by the Rivera movie theater because they are even worse beingclosed most weekends. For the last few years we've been getting our subs in Livonia because the Farmington sub shops can't keepthe lights on (literally closes before dark ????) Read more

Solely based on hours. I don?t even understand how this location can exist while closing at 5pm every day. Unreal.

Made an order online, when I got the sandwich it had none of the ingredients I added on to it and had the ingredients I removed.... Why give the option of customization if it?s not gonna happen when the sandwich is actually made? Read more

Store is closed. No signage that says it's closed. People waiting in long line at drive thru just to pull up and wait at the... window for no answer. It says they are open online but they aren't. Very unprofessional. Sat in the parking lot for ten minutesto watch and 9 people walked up to the door just to find it locked with no sign. People walked away angry. Read more

Every time I go there they aren?t open. You sit at the drive through for 10 minutes and no one tells you it?s closed and there... is no sign even though it?s normal business hours and employees are inside. The one I was able to actually get food within twoyears of trying my sandwich was basically all bread. Read more

I used to love JimmyJohn's, but the last 3 sandwiches I had at different places were horribly made. All of the meat was on one... side with nothing but lettuce and bread on the other. What a horrible tasting sandwich. You either get a bite of meat andcheese, or just lettuce and bread. Its almost impossible to fix without a huge mess. I wont be back until they change how theymake these. Such a disappointing lunch. Read more
