This place has been our go to place for takeouts. We have been seeing this restaurant board while driving past on the main road... and always wondered who would open a restaurant which is not facing the street and is located behind a pub. But one day we tooka chance and decided to try it out. The staff told us that you should try out a new biryani they are planning to add to the menuVijaywada Gongur Paneer Biryani. We are vegetarians and we said let us try. The staff member also recommended that we try waterchestnut pepper fry. We were bold by these 2 dishes and we had then recommended the same to all our friends. Next couple monthswe were eating this to items in all the parties we attended. So, this has been our regular takeout place where we would orderthe above 2 and then Mughalai Panner Biryani and Veg Chettinad made it to the list of other favorites. Methi chaman is anothergem from this place. Recently, it was late one evening and instead of take out we decided to dine in. My wife saw a dish we hadnever tried. We tried Nilgiri Veg with Naan and rice. It was so delicious. It has right balance of spices. flavor and the greenchillies and cilantro, mint taste and was a out of the park hit. Too good. This is one of the best places in Michigan for theconsistent quality of food for last 4-5 yrs and more. We Michigan people are pampered with such wonderful restaurant which wecannot find in lot of cities in US. Highly recommended. I have gone here many times over the years and it's always been the best! I usually order butter naan, samosa, vegetable... baryiani, and a variety of different curry dishes. Best Indian flavours in Michigan so far. I would definitely recommend to try once. The service is really amazing, the food is... really delicious with a lot of selection, the staff are awesome and the prices are very reasonable.We ordered raju gari kodipulav, Gongura mutton biryani, Mutton chukka, kotthu parotta. I had visited MI as part of family gathering. I saw google reviews and thought of not visiting this place, but lot of my friends... living in this town suggested me to visit. But i am really glad that the food turned out to be really awesome. Biryani?s andstarters are damn good and mouth watering. Staff over here are very friendly and customer service was really good. Worst experience ever for catering(mini party)! I ordered around 300 dollars worth of food. Firstly, they didn?t give salan for... the biryani tray. Secondly, the biryani was salty and almost impossible to eat. In normal cases we would?ve not cared but sincethis was a birthday party the host was disappointed and cried. When we called them and asked, they literally didn?t evenapologize and on top of that they were very rude. There is a guy called Satish over there.
