Look, I get it. Short staffed. I expect to wait longer. Drive thru tonight was 9 cars deep. Nobody inside. I walk in, kiosk... order cause nobody to take orders. That?s ok. I watch as they continue to take and fill every drive thru order before evengetting to mine. The manager working was a MAJOR disappointment. I know he?s ticked with his staff shortage and in an awfulmood, but he should still be polite to customers. Fills my order and sets it down. No drink. I tell him right away before hewalks away and he says ok, let me grab it. I ordered sweet tea, no ice at the kiosk. 5 minutes after setting my food down andhim serving four more drive thru orders, I get my sweet tea?..with ice. My food was already getting cold, he was a grump, so Ijust took it and left. I mean really, what?s he going to do if I ask him why he filled a dozen drive thru orders after mine wasin the system? I?ll just avoid this location in the future but wanted others to know it just isn?t up to par here at all. Read more
?Fast food? is now an oxymoron. If you?re the owner of this McDonalds, hire more people. You know, like, common sense. EDIT:... One star, showed up during posted hours and no one was there despite all lights being on. This place is terrible. Read more
Order was completely wrong. I reported to customer service and specified I wanted to speak to the owner. I did receive an email... response from corporate but nothing from the franchise owner. This wasn't the first time I had issues with this location. I willnot be back! Read more
You are going to spend at least a half hour at the drive-through, no matter how busy they are. Then they are going to send you... the third window, we?re four different employees will ask you what you ordered only to give you the wrong order. Absolutely theworst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my life, and I?d rather drive out to a further one than ever go here again. Look like they have some kind of employee shortage issue. Drive thru is always full and even if you keep patience and could able... to order ( means if you dont get out of the line to go out due to long wait time) the food will take lot of time to be availableto you. Look like McD is taking on all the customers granted at this location. Please close the outlet if you are not seriousabout the business and please train the employees not to behave rude. Read more
Pictures with times visible for your viewing pleasure...i ordered a sausage end egg biscuit (i added cheese and got charged for... it as well). I received a sausage patty on a biscuit...dining room closed due to staffing (although several workers observedoutside chilling with a huge line in the drive through). Had to go back through and wait.. while waiting they said they lostpower. I pulled up, observed that power was on (see pictures). Who i believed to be the manager approached the window iexplained exaxtly what i ordered he took it and only slapped a slice of cheese on it (so now i have a sausage patty and cheeseno egg yet). I backed the car up and the woman who originally took my order and payment went back and put egg on my sandwhich(in my opinion the only employee working at the time to include the manager that was worth interacting with. She was the onlyone i observed that was there to work so kudos to her)... all in all it was 30 minutes from when i arrived to when i pulledoff... oh and half the menu items were unavailable as well. First and last time visiting this location. Manager needs to befired immediately (i even showed him my receipt before he disrespectfully didnt correct my sandwhich his subbordinate employeedid. . This McDonald?s is awesome. The team is always very attentive, the food is served nice and hot, and the restaurant is never... dirty. To top it off, they have complimentary EV chargers in their parking lot, and there?s virtually never a line. Combinethese facts with this location offering 24 hour service, and it explains why this McDonald?s is always my first choice for fastfood whenever I?m in the area. Read more
