I would give 0 stars if I could. We visited on 10/17/22 at 2:29PM. First time I ever kept a McDonalds recipt for anything! There... was no one in the drive through. We ordered just fine but when we pulled up to the first window to pay the lady working the cashregister just ignored us for almost 10 minutes. She took other orders, walked away, came back, looked at us, walked away again,talked to a lot of people, all while never taking our money. Finally the man who was working the food window came down and askedwas the issue was. I told him she never opened the window or took our payment. She then started laughing that we never were"cashed out" and said right to our faces "Why didn't you tell me, you should have banging on the glass". I'm sorry, WHAT?!? Yourwhole job is to take my money for the food I ordered. When a car pulls up you tell them the total and take payment. Why should Ibang on the drive through glass to pay? She then proceeded to tell my 11yo daughter in the passenger seat "You should have saidsomething too I saw you looking". Seriously, what delusional place is this? That whole interaction was so absurd I didn't sayone thing to her and left. I would bet money that she was TRYING to make me angry or get upset and yell or throw a fit. Whoknows, maybe wanted to make a tiktok out of it since there are so many videos of people going off on fast food workers. Eitherway, she needs to be fired. How incompetent. 1 star is way too high, but there is no 0 option. Jasmine, the 15 year old manager ???? is unprofessional. Desperately in need... of training or a different job. Usually the food is cold or orders are incorrect, but Jasmine provide a whole new low today. Ilive close by, but will drive out of the way for another location until corporate reaches back out and advises how they willaddress these concerns. Actually, just go down the street to Wendy?s, low staffed also, but has customer service training. Besure to report issues to the main McDonald?s app. Gotta stop spending our $ at establishments that don?t provide qualityproducts and service. Read more

I live around the block, so I've had the misfortune of settling for this McD's location several times, and I promise I am not... exaggerating at all when I say that this is the worst fast food establishment I've ever patronized. Maybe there are a handful ofsuper hood places that were aesthetically dirtier, but this place fully deserves the one star regardless. It's amazing how theyfind creative new ways to disappoint me every time I'm there. This time my orange juice was watered down to the point of beingorange flavored water. Other times it takes 20 minutes to serve three cars. There are the classics like "the ice cream machineis down" and obviously screwing up orders. I tried to use the app thats being heavily advertised to pay, and there were a fewproblems that led them to trying to get me to pay in cash when I'd already had my card charged. The food quality is often poor -inexplicably cold food, etc. I'll note here that I do NOT blame the employees there - even the managers for the most part. I'veworked at McD's and it is a grueling, thankless job. I have sympathy for everyone there. With problems this persistent andwidely varied, it has to be the owner that is simply lazy and incompetent. This place is known around the neighborhood as awful.It's like a given truth for anyone that lives near it. The owner should be ashamed of his or her self for not being therepersonally managing things and getting stuff up to snuff. I have to assume (s)he is content to have a garbage establishment andjust rake in the income doing the bare minimum. This place sucks. Ownership is terrible. Read more

Literally the worst fast food experience ever. I ordered on the mobile app. I waited at the curbside pick up for over 10... minutes. I ended up calling the store and talking to the manager. She said there was no record of my order. I went into thestore and she realized that they did have record of the order but then she told me that they didn?t have enough employees to docurbside delivery. When I asked for the food to be remade because it had been sitting there for over 10 minutes and lookeddisgusting I got a lot of push bag. I then asked for a refund and got pushback again and was told I had to contact customerservice for a refund. Read more

Wow. I understand when a business is short staffed but this is unreal. I waited 40 minutes in drove thru while they cleared out... all the cars in front of me and door dash drivers. When someone took my order, many more items were crossed out. I couldn't tellif the employee was talking to me or someone else. Don't bother stopping here for a quick bite. Read more
