Service was Absoloutly horrible. Place was a complete mess. Wouldn?t trust the hygiene standards to be honest. Seems to be run... by younger high school kids. But they need to get it together. Went in at 8:45 pm which was more than an hour from closing (10pm) and there were no Fajitas left for me to put in the bowl. I... still took with rest of the available ingredients and realized at home the rice was half cooked and raw ! Really bad at tasteand low quality food at this location! Scheduled for an online pickup 20 minutes before I was supposed to be here to pick it up. Get here and it's not ready yet. It's... fine I can wait. So I just sat down at a table to wait. The whole restaurant was dirty and gross. And the gentleman behind thecounter has been non stop complaining loudly in front of customers. Complaining about people making online orders. Saying that"he's not gonna do this on his own that he's going to walk out." Had stopped twice now to go and what I assume is lock the doorso more customers cannot get in. Walked in and the little girl in the Eastern hoodie working said online orders only. So we went to the car and it took us 20... minutes to put in our order for it to tell us they are no longer accepting online orders. Meanwhile there are people insideplacing their orders at the counter. She told us she couldn?t take our order and we have to place online and she doesn?t care ifit?s not working. She only didn?t want to take our order because she was racist. Other people the same race as her that werewalking in she had no problem taking their order. She was on FaceTime with her friends while working and none of the food was inthe warmer it was just sitting out cold. Read more

This qdoba has messed up our online order a few times. Picked up our order with our name on it, and it had 2/3 items we ordered,... but the 3rd was someone else?s food with their name on it. We didn?t realize this until we got home since it was closed in thebag. I tried calling numerous times & no one answers the phones. Not happy with not being able to resolve this issue withoutdriving 15 mins back to Qdoba. Read more

*I wish there was a way to give negative Stars* - if you want to be treated with ill mannered and miss treating staffs, you are... welcome at this location. There have been some locations where I did not enjoy food as much as I should have but, I haveconsidered that anomaly and let it pass. But today what my wife experienced at this 12 Mile Farmington location was somethingthat made me feel that - Qdoba employees crossed a line. Today around 12:15 - when my wife approached the counter, she waslaughed at, and was not treated properly. She had few requests in her order - which was not treated with well manners. And atthe end - she was yelled at and the cashier did throw the meal that he prepared for her in the garbage and asked her to leavethe store - without any specific reason. Read more

Good Food and it's never really a line when I go in there, However they do seem short staff like 2 people working so it takes... them too long. I Missed my 30 minute break being in there so long! There was no line and the Person was doing orders from anapp. Only 2 people working: this place has went down so bad. I may not return to this location. And they run out of items fastand don?t replace them. Read more

I came to Qdoba today and upon entering I waited about 15 minutes before being serviced, but there were 3 other people waiting... as well in front of me. Other than the line moving slow, I had a good experience overall. The manager on duty was doing a greatjob training the new hire while also trying to tend to the guests in the front. I tried the impossible meat today and it wasactually better than expected. Thanks for a decent experience. Read more
