Service is fast, that's about it. The guy working here definitely wants you in and out as fast as possible, they talk in a... blurred mumble trying to get you out, and just throw your sandwich not even asking if you want anything else, would notrecommend. There was a new manager I believe when my family and I went in there for lunch. The glass where the meat and veggies are was so... clean it almost looked like it was not there. The meat every single container was so fresh looking and looking delicious. Thevegetables were all ripe and fresh everything was beautiful. Nothing like it used to be the last time I was in there. On 11/9 I took my mother to grab a bite to eat at what used to be one of her favorite sub restaurants around. Walked into the... restaurant to be confronted by 6 people waiting for service that was SLOWER THAN MOLASSES! Finally got to order what both turnedout to be the nastiest subs and beverages We?ve literally ever had. The ham literally tasted like bologna, put together like my9 year old son made it in a treehouse. THEN informed there?s no ice for the pop machine and we?d have to deal with basicallywhat tasted like hot syrup & water. Wanna use the bathroom before we go? CANT BECAUSE ITS OUT OF ORDER!! The "only good" experience I had was getting out faster. But gentlemen at the front had zero customer service. For a moment I... wonder wether he is having"rough day" Products were missing. Google says closes at 9. App says closes at 9. Sign on door says closes 9. App takes order for pickup at 8:10. I arrive at... 8:14 store closed. Apparently the one hr of labor is worth more than my family's long term customer value. Great choice! Read more
The guy that works there is terrible with customers. He is very rude and mumbles words so you can't understand him. He talks so... fast that you can't make out any words and then he gets mad at ME for it. I hate dealing with this guy but he's the onlyemployee they have. Lol he's the manager ????.
