Visited at 11:40. Ordered $44 worth of items after a wonderful concert with my friends. Expecting this taco bell to uphold the... same standards as everywhere else, I was sorely disappointed. The 2 women at the window were atrocious and rude, I stronglyrecommend you to avoid this location at all costs. Read more

This is the greatest Taco Bell in Michigan. I drive for Amazon and visit MANY different Taco Bell locations. I get the same... thing every time - cheesy bean and rice burrito grilled for $1.06. Not only is it the fastest one ( by far) and the food is hotbut what I appreciate most of all is the drive through staff - so friendly and professional. Whoever manages this one is doing agreat job. Seriously every time I come here the store isn?t even opened or they are only taking app and online orders. They should just... shut this location down. It?s awful and I?m sure they can?t be contributing to the business making profit. Time to close the 13and Orchard location stick to the locations that actually increase the value of your business. I never had any issues with this location. Until tonight... placed order on mobile app, picked up via drive thru. I ordered a... Power Bowl and the ingredients were simply put in a cardboard box instead of the plastic container they've always used. Not agood idea! My food could have fallen inside the bag! Cardboard doesn't keep the food warm like the plastic.. Don't be cheap withthis! Another negative - this box didn't contain any Taco Bell branding or logos. Read more
