Went in store this morning. I was only one at counter. In 10 minutes 3 employees made eye contact with me but no one asked for... my order. One at register, one putting donuts in display case and one walking away saying ?I have to pee?. Glad I caught her onthe way there and not returning. I?m not convinced she will wash her hands. I go to this Tim Horton?s everyday and usually don?t have much of a problem. Today, whoever the new African chick that worked... the drive thru at 9AM decided to cash me out before she even opened the window since she seen a $20 in my hand. She proceeded totell me I can?t scan my coupon on the app for a 99 cent coffee simply because she did the wrong thing. Then went on to complainabout it being cold and wanting to get though the long line. She is the only who chose to work there knowing what had to bedealt with and decided to be lazy, ignorant and rude and did not let me use the coupon in which I had to pay full price when Ishould not have. After going there for 3 years everyday, I am not switching coffee spots and taking others along and gettingthem away from this Tim Hortons. Extremely unprofessional. Read more
Today was my absolute worst experience with this location. I asked for a fresh drink as they handed my drink out to the car in... front of me and the cashier was extremely rude to me. Visit at your own risk. Terrible customer service and the drive thru linewas out into the street. Read more
I?ve been going here for a while but it has been a steady decline over the past 2 years. Randomly closed, closing early, price... hikes (above competitors), wrong order, wrong charge. CREAM CURDLED IN COFFEE. this happen two days in a row. They can?t explain why. They just give me a new coffee witch is also... curdled. Be careful of what your drinking from here. Managment needs to step it up. Read more
The dinning room is clean and service at the counter was decent but I?ve never had anything but issues with the drive through.... I?ve been to this location multiple times and have always left with something from my order. I?ve also had to sit at the drivethrough mic for an extended period of time on both slow and busy days waiting for someone to be available. Read more
I pulled up to the drive thru with a $60+ mobile order and they handed me all my food and drinks just as fast as if I was... picking up a single coffee. And not a single error on any of my foods or drinks. Great team at this location. Read more
