This is the worst Tim hortons ever. They always are "out" of something or closed early (outside of posted hours). So unfortunate... as we were all so happy when this opened in our neighborhood but they have NEVER been good. Never!I tried them for the lasttime today (hoping they would prove me wrong) and like always they didn't have any food available at 1pm. Ridiculous! So I droveto the Southfield (Telegraph) location and they had everything (with a smile and great service). Thus Tim Hortons at 10mile &Orchard Lake needs to be sold to people who actually want to work and not diminish Tim Hortons reputation Read more

Stopped for breakfast. Got a couple of breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The coffee was very good the breakfast sandwiches were... cold cheese wasn't even melted. We were running late and didn't have time to go back but good was still good. Read more

Of the 10 or so times I've been here, I've had issues at least 8 of the times. Today we waited in line in the drive-thru for 30... minutes with just 6 cars ahead of us. Many other times, we've stopped by but it has been closed at a time that it was listed asopen. One time, they refused to give me an order that I placed (and paid for) via the Tim Hortons app, since they didn't receiveit. This was despite me showing them the receipt with the correct location on my phone. The only reason we keep giving them achance is because it's very close to home. I suppose we will keep trying (whilst planning ahead that we may have to drive to 12Mile and Farmington) and I hope they sort out their issues soon. Read more

I have been here numerous times. About 1/2 of the time something is off. One day they charged me too much on my card and gave me... the difference in cash. Okay. They even went as far as to spot me a coffee when I forgot my wallet at home another day. I paidfor it the next day and left a nice tip. However, they can?t figure out how the points are redeemed, forgot a bagel another trip(which I foolishly accepted points on my card in lieu of reimbursement), their attitude is aloof to down right rude at the drivethru and there was no way to even contact the store up until recently. This, I have to assume, is because I called corporate. Ifthere is no line, shoot your shot. If there is even one car, keep it pushing. Read more

Nasty attitude by their drive-through staff has our family headed over to another Tim Horton's. Numerous times we have visited... and have bee subjected to poor customer service and our order is never correct. The last time, we ordered a large order and thenasked for a cup of ice. Was told that they don't do that. No problem, we took our business elsewhere and we won't be back. Read more

We love Tim Hortons but this location can't seem to get it together. We've been there 4 times, only order coffee drinks, and... every time, our order is messed up!! The worst is the Nitro Cold brew (pictured) they serve with ice, which defeats the wholepurpose of the nitro!
