Terrible experience. They got our order wrong and after telling them what we actually ordered, they still did not listen. Then... another guy came out after we asked for our money back and tried to tell us that it was OUR fault for our order being wrong.Will never go here again. Read more
7 out of 10 times they get our order wrong. My fiance and I stop almost everyday before work, picking up for other staff as... well. By the time you figure out they got the order wrong it's too late and you've already wasted too much time. Never mind whatthe ticket says. Man I love the people here. Just straight up nice guys always in a good mood. Dunkin by me closed early on New Years Eve so I... made the trip here. Greeted right away by 2 friendly guys working the counter. Shaman made my drink and was super nice,friendlier than I'd be working somewhere at 8pm at NYE.
